Switch on standby state.
Press and hold the interior mirror button to be
programmed.
As soon as the LED on the interior mirror
flashes orange after approx. 20 seconds, release
the button.
Sockets
Concept
The lighter socket can be used as a socket for
electrical equipment when standby and driveready
state are switched on.
General information
The total load of all sockets must not exceed
140 wat

Procedure OBSERVE repair stage 3! Read contents of BODY, GENERAL.
Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe specific procedure.
Place vehicle on straightening bench.
Following new body parts are required:
A-pillar, outer
Connection, side frame
Shaped part, carrier support, wheel arch
Removing And Installing Electric Steering Box (EPS)
IMPORTANT: Steering box:
Check connection of steering box for corrosion, clean contacts if necessary.
The steering box must be replaced if the corrosion is too far advanced.
Connecting line:
In the event of moisture/corrosion inside the two plug connections, check the
insulation of the connecting
