Reinforcement Plate With Stud Bolt (Bonded)
In the case of a partial replacement piece, a body component is cut at a
point described in the repair instructions.
A reinforcement plate is bonded in to ensure sufficient strength.
Reinforcement plates are available as new parts and must also be used (refer to
Electronic Parts Catalogue).
NOTE
Instructions For Desiccant Insert Replacement
A desiccant insert that is in a correctly functioning, sealed A/C system does
not have to be changed at regular
service-inspection intervals.
The desiccant bottle or desiccant insert must be replaced in the event of
the refrigerant being fouled by chips (e.g. mechanical damage to the
compressor
