 Removing And Installing/Renewing Left Exhaust Manifold (N63)

WARNING: Risk of burning! Only perform this repair work on an engine that has cooled down. Necessary preliminary work Remove left TURBOCHARGER. Remove right TURBOCHARGER. Remove ALTERNATOR (not F04). Release screws (1). Tightening torque 18 31 4AZ. Fig. 54: Identifying Screws Release screws (

 Removing And Installing/Sealing Left Cylinder Head Cover (N63)

Necessary preliminary work Remove ACOUSTIC COVER Disconnect NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL Remove left CHARGE AIR COOLER Remove INTAKE FILTER HOUSING Remove EXPANSION TANK. Remove coolant pipe from cylinder head cover (E71 only) Remove coolant valve for heater feed line Disconnect FUEL FEED LINE
