Necessary preliminary work
Remove ACOUSTIC COVER.
REMOVE BOTH INTAKE SILENCER HOUSINGS.
Remove EXHAUST SY

Read out the fault memory of the DME control unit.
Switch off ignition.
Disconnect BATTERY EARTH LEAD.
Remove left and right INTAKE SILENCER HOUSINGS.
