tank leak
diagnosis module.

external pressurization as the tank ventilation system will leak under this

Drill out rivets (1).

Bend back edges (1) of tab washer (2). Remove tab washer (2) over cross pin
(3) towards bottom.
Installation
Replace lockplate.
