Necessary preliminary work
Disconnect BATTERY EARTH LEAD
RELEASE LEFT FRONT SEAT and tilt towards rear
Remove front left DOOR SILL COVER STRIP
Remove footwell SIDE TRIM PANEL on A-pillar

IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging the coil spring cassette, it is necessary to
remove the
steering wheel because of the absence of a steering column lock!
